Before fusing ŽTO Novi Sad and Priština with Beograd have they (Novi Sad and Priština) own companies for service at BR, Ac, Bc and WL coaches or this was provide by KSR Beograd?

As far as I understand, KSR was in time of Yugoslavia virtually nationwide, for all republics and ŽTO's except for Slovenia, where we had TTG Ljubljana which was in charge of such service. If I am not mistaken KSR logo could be found also on some macedonian sleeping cars (= ŽTO Skopje).
KSR existed not so long ago as KSR, in late 2000's (around 2008) changed the name and of course after Yugoslavia broke up, it was in charge for sleeping and meal services in Serbia and Montenegro (again until separation fo Montenegro).
I would ask nik and Damir661 for help here as well...

Thank you. Long time ago I got info that it was:
till 1977 - only KSR, WL+WR was owned by KSR, Ac, Bc, AR and BR was owned by directorate and KSR provide service
1977 - 1979: WL+WR owned by directorate too and ŽG Ljubljana have service company TTG Sjovenijaturist, ŽTO Skopje have Feroturist (with marking coaches by logo ŽTO Skopje) and rest directorate KSR
1979 and far: same as 1977 - 1979 except ŽTP Zagreb, where KSR provide service only at WL + Bc coaches and WR/SR + AR provide Croatia Express

Can anybody tell me story about renting BDŽ WRm (UIC-Z2) by ŽTP Beograd (how long, how many coaches, other details, ...)?

In the end of 80´s have Učka any coaches only in relation Beograd - Srpske Moravice. Why was this relation?

They were only few years in Serbia, they were back to Bulgaria when GošaY WRl arrived. I don't know how many coaches were rent, but I think about 2-3. Usualy they were part of 344/345 Avala.

Existing any list from years 1986 - 1991 (if I´m right afther end of delivery last Al UIC-Y) with liveries of Al ZŤP Zagreb?
Absolutly sufficient is anything like:
blue with white line - X coaches
blue wit wide white cut line - Y coaches
etc.

...751 Zg-Sa...kao sto sam jedanput negdje napisao zagrebacka je garnitura i vidi se ,a i na ceskom siteu je predstavljen kao takav ...dugacak je i stizao u Sa 20,20 do 20,30h ,nabrzinu ciscen pa primao jos po jedan sarajevski Wl i Bc (ako treba i vise ,ali ovo bjese standard) i postanski (takodje Sa) i odmah oko 22,40h nazad...i dobar je primjer da se u kompozicijama iz negdasnjeg unutarnjeg prometa moglo naci svega od X-ova do starijih i novijih Y-onaca...ovo vazi i za one koji su oko 1990 imali titulu Ex (590 i 600..."Ohrid" i "Slovenija")...inace kako je zaista "grmjelo" na Zg Gl Kol..

...jos jedan osvrt na ovaj autentican dokument jednog vremena...snimak datira iz 1986....ubijedjen sam da je nastao u petak ...i da je ovaj "stampedo" na B 751 Zagreb-Sarajevo originalno sa slovenackog tla...mada se vidi 645, ovo su (barem po meni) putnici sa nekog lokalca iz Slovenije (Zidani Most-Zagreb ...Fiatov EMG???)...uprkos konkretnim poboljsanjima na vezi SLO/ZG ka sjevernoj BiH kasnih 80 ih ,po meni tu je pekom (a nedjeljom obrnuto) nedostajalo barem JOS DVIJE kompozicije...

Ne mora biti Fiat. Mogu biti Baat vagoni ŽG Lb sa lokomotivom 643 ili 644. To je također vozilo od Z.Mosta do Zagreba.

ono se vidi 644, a ne 645, 645 je imala i ima reflektore jedan kraj drugoga, a ne jedan ispod drugog, a i oni Baat izgledaju sivi dakle gotovo sigurno iz Maribora.

Čini se da se vidi i kratki visoki nos iza kabine...
Nisam shvatio ovo o sivim Baat vagonima.

ti Slovenski Baat su mi se činili nekako kao da su bili drugačije bojani od Zagrebačkih, vukli su mi na sivo.

Možda su ti tako izgledali jer nisu imali crni rub/frem kao zagrebački ili plavi kao sarajevski nego je sve bilo u istoj zelenoj boji pa je djelovalo monotono.

Today no questions but news. I finished updating of 88/89 (add missing trains and locos) and I publish 86/87. Ex, P and UB are complet, rest of B (series 6XX, 7XX, 8XX, 16XX, 17XX and 18XX) will folow.

VR 1986/87 EX416/417; The livery of JZ Bd cars should be corrected ( Bcl, BRl, WLAB )
